I would leave the shirt buttoned because it is very awkward to button the shirt. If you are a right hand person, you have to button these with your left hand. Also, there is no hole for the button to come out. It is surrounded by fabric. Please see the pictures. The measurements are approximately Shoulder seam: 11” Bust: 18” Length: 24”
