Banana Republic Cocktail Dress

Blue, white, and blush pleated cocktail dress. The dress is size 00 petite, but I always have to size down with Banana Republic - it fits more like a 0-2 regular in my opinion. I'm 5'4," currently ~120lbs, wear size 25 jeans, and it still fits.. although it's a little tight by the armpits. Worn once and no obvious stains or blemishes. Machine washable.
