Banana Republic : Blue/Cream Striped Jacket, Fully Lined, Clasp at neck, No Zipper/Buttons, the pattern on fabric looks like ribbon material (but heavier). Size 10. 77% Cotton and 16% Viscose, 7% Nylon---wore a few times/too small (I should have bought a 12--my regular size)
