In excellent condition, no flaws This super cute dress has a mini length camisole lining that attaches under the shoulder. Sleeveless. There are 2 tiny belt loops stitched in the side seams, but no belt is included. These little loops could easily be snipped off. Mini ruffle arm opening and around neck with elastic stretch. Pull over head to put on. Sheer dress in a relaxed shift style. Blue mini length camisole underneath. Very pretty and feminine. See pics for measurements.
