Banana Republic Blouse XL

Cute hip top worn up on waist or lower so it’s blousy. It has draw string waist but there’s also elastic in there to keep shape. Pretty loose ruffles in front. Very gently worn. Condition is excellent. 24” across chest armpit to armpit. 26 1/2” long in back.
