Banana Republic Black and Blue Cocktail Dress

Deep blue silk top with black wool skirt base. The skirt portion is lined. Fitted from top to bottom. A true size 10 with some stretch to the skirt/bottom. 39 inches from shoulder to hem. I wore this to a wedding and then it sat in my closet.
