Banana Republic 100% silk dress

Size 0 petite. Worn once and dry cleaned once. However (as shown in photos) there are a few spots on the front bottom left of the dress. I’m not sure why because this has been in a been for a while. Also unsure if stains would go away after being dry cleaned. Beautiful silk dress. Purple. Please ask questions. Zipper works but did not fit the mani so took photos on the floor :)
