I removed the pillowcase, machine washed it with natural soap and baking soda, then rinsed with white vinegar, then air dried in the sun to sterilize (shown in photos). My family kept several of these, and we love them! I have all five styles available, new... in sealed package, out of package, washed, and slightly flawed. Only one pillow can be shipped per order due to excessive weight. The protective pillow cover is removable by full zip and machine washable.
