Baltman & Co Vintage 50/60’s Navy Blue Event/Formal Dress (XS or 7/8 jr)

This dress is so unique and am sure not many survived. The bottom of the dress is 100% Acetate and gives the dress lots of body. The top is Rayon/Metallic blend shimmering in the light with accents of white/cream acetate around the neck and sleeves. The size is listed as a 7/8 meaning it is a junior size.
