Baltic Born - Smocked Lace Bailey Eyelet Maxi Dress in White - 3X NWT I bought this on final sale and was hoping it would fit, but sadly it doesn’t (too big, I’d say it’s a little larger than the measurement chart provided). The dress is GORGEOUS and romantic though and I’m hoping someone else will be able to use it! The sleeves can be worn on or off shoulder, it’s lined from the waist to knee, the smocking is very stretchy, and all the eyelet details are so cute.
