Baltic Born • Lydia Maxi Dress in Nutmeg

New with tags. Size small. Measurements in photos. Waist has elastic band that stretches to about 17”. Fully lined. There are 2 small darker spots on the back near the bottom (pictured) - will likely come out with treatment but I haven’t tried since it’s NWT but with the folds of the dress and how full the skirt is, these aren’t noticeable.
