I just purchased this BEAUTIFUL dress NWT from another posher (received it on 9-11-23) , but the bicep area was too tight for my arms. The size chart lists the bicep at 20” but it measures at 16” inches. The rest of the measurements fit well. I only tried dress on. As original posher posted my home is also pet & smoke free!
