Bally Blue Leather Flats size 38

I bought these shoes in Nice, France while on vacation. Unfortunately, they are too tight for my size 8 foot. These will fit a US 7.5 or even a 7. They are in like new condition as I have never worn them more than just trying them on. They come with the original box.
