Balloon sleeve hand knit sweater from Turkey—Etsy seller NygarCrafts $150

This Etsy seller is phenomenal—read her reviews! I have this sweater in another color, love it and bought a second color on impulse. I do not need it and haven’t worn it—and returning overseas is not worth it. The color is gray and it is one size. I’m a size 6/8 and it fits me with room to spare. Depends how oversized you like it.
