Beautiful ball gown with floral watercolor skirt. Popover top is black knit (double layered) with under layer attached to 1 1/2” mesh inset, that is attached to full length skirt. It is all one piece/dress. Skirt has pockets! Subtle box pleats on skirt, and skirt is also fully lined. Worn once in quite good condition. A few small snags at bottom of skirt(see pictures) and the small stain near hem is on the inside of fabric.
