Shoes ship in original box. *I measured the outside arch for you, not including the footbed (just the outside arch from where the outside arch meets the footbed on one side and then curves around to meet the footbed on the other side). The outside arch that I measured is 6.5" (without the footbed). I did my best to measure the inside of the arch with the tape measure, and I then made an insert and measured the insert from where the inside of the arch meets the footbed on each side, not including the footbed (just the inside arch where the inside arch curves around to meet the footbed on each side). The inside arch measures 5.5". The widest part (or almost-widest part) of the footbed (measured from the sole of the pool slide) measures a tad over 4". (I apologize for my finger in the photo :) The footbed on the inside measures about the same since the foot sinks into the footbed. The measurement of 4" seems to be closest measurement for where the foot would settle into the pool slide.
