Balenciaga Blouse

This is a beautiful Balenciaga blouse from the Nicolas Ghesquiere collection days! It is a size 38 but fits like a US 4. I wore it a handful of times and have kept it in pristine condition hanging with protection. The cuffs have a small button to gather the ruffles on either side. The neck tie can be tied or left open. A beauty with lots of life left!
