Bailey/44 Cold Shoulder Sweatshirt Dressy but sooo comfortable. Sz Xs I wore this once to an event and unfortunately it doesn’t fit me anymore. It is so soft! It is like wearing sweatshirt but still looking cute! I paid over $100 for it! The ties on the arms are adjustable. Top measures approximately 16 inches from armpit to armpit and measures approximately 21.5 inches from top to bottom. All clothing is from a pet free smoke free home.
