Bahamas Peter Mussfeldt Beach cover up

Purchased in Nassau , Bahamas. It’s been in a drawer for a few years. It is pre-owned and has three small dots of ? Likely something I ate or drank. Look at pictures closely. I enlarged them so so they can be clearly seen. The tiny discus are only in the front. Pit to pit measurement is 20”. Length from shoulder to hem (measured on back) is 34”. All my items come from a smoke free home
