The top of the bag is closed by a 16" grey zipper.  The exterior bag is grey in color, with a sunny yellow lining on the interior of the bag and outside pockets. The two handles are grey with 11" strap drop. The exterior front of the bag has a large zipper pocket w/ decorative zipper pulls.  Below the large pocket is  a decorative flap with a silver buckle w/black strap which meets magnetic clasp closure. Underneath the large pocket is a zipper pocket w/ 2 zipper pull closure. The interior of the pocket has a zipper pocket and 2 slip in pockets, and elastic holders for 2 pens or pencils.
