Magnetic closure. Logo badge on exterior. Purple color was REALLY hard to capture, please refer to last pic (best I could match) but darker. Inside lined with kelly green fabric stamped w/company info. Right side has flaws shown. Minor stains @top of strap. 2 soft creases from being stored folded. #419
