NWOT Never used it but it has a few tiny marks as shown in zoom. It was stored hanging from a hook under a lot of wristlets. Bold color combo can be used by anyone! The trim is more yellow on the Lanyard part and Yellow/Gold on the ID holder and the fabric lining. The lanyard is 18” long including hook The 2 slip ID pouch is 3” X 4 1/4”
