coolleen @vanessamarie211 hey doll, if you want it to be more of an oversized fit or if you want to be able to wear a sweater underneath I would size up. If you want it to be more form fitting then you could size down to the small. I’m a size XS-S in Jackets and this small is slightly oversized on me
