Vintage Y2K era. Paisley and floral printed. Flutter sleeves. Fitted at the waist with flared out skirt. Size 6, but runs smaller in my opinion. I usually wear a size 4 and it fits me. Good vintage condition, no real flaws to note. Someone had crudely taken in the shoulders a bit but I undid it. There may be some minor stitch marks at the shoulders, but that’s it. H
