NEW Beautifully designed even gown in royal blue. One shoulder with ruffles going down to the bottom. Has a tail in the back. Dress got a little dusty on the bottom because it’s a little long on me and drags while I try on. Has a ruffle that buttons behind the zipper so the zipper doesn’t show.
