I stored them in the dust bag which I am regretting because it seems some of the stones got caught in the fabric and fell off. If I’m being honest you really can’t tell. The shoes do come with replaceable gems I just personally don’t know how to put them back in. They also come with replaceable heels. These are beautiful shoes with a block heel which is exactly what I needed because my wedding was on grass and I didn’t want anything that would poke through and make me fall over.
