snowbaby3x @lindsay_wulff yes there is quite a bit of stretch. When i bought this dress I probably should have had a size up honestly, but I was able to wear this size nicely.

snowbaby3x @fleurdeliz23 so I found a size chart online that said a size 4 of this dress fits 35", 27.5", 37" but there is a lot of stretch to this dress. My measurements are different than the size chart states and i wore this dress fine. I am about a 34", 28"/29", 39" and like I said this dress fit me nicely. it didn't look too stretched or too small either. It's also about 61" long. I am 5'5" and wore some mid-height heels with this dress and it worked out.
