@ssarahhlee I’m not sure. I looked online and women have said they fit true to size but some also said to size up 1/2 size and then another woman said she sized up 1/2 size but it didn’t fit her in the back of the heel. Maybe you can try the same style onto a store to see. Sorry I couldn’t provide a concrete answer.
