NWOT (never worn) Plunge v-neck with a hook-and-bar closure at the back of the neck for a halter-like style. Padded bust with side shirring is super flattering. Selling this because it runs very small — it would likely fit a 10 or 12, even though it is marked as a size 14. It’s definitely not a 14 so please take note!
