Backless black formal gown

Backless black formal gown with iridescent black and blue beadwork and knee-high slit in back. Dress has thin black straps that cross in the back, but is otherwise backless. Elasticized bottom of the back of the dress hits below waist. Dress had bust cups added, but those could be easily removed. Dress was purchased in 2003 and has been worn once. Dress was dry-cleaned after wear and has been stored in a garment bag in a smoke-free home. One of the hanging straps broke at the dry-cleaners and was re-tied (see photo). Dress style is formal.
