BackWoods Red Bart Simpson 420 Ash Tray w/Lid

Red Bart Simspon with 420 Tattoos BackWoods Ash Tray with Lid Most people use them in their vehicle but it's great for indoors or out on the patio as well This has been used maybe 3 times and then cleaned out thoroughly. The marks on the top are NOT burn marks, ashes or dirt. It looks like those marks are scratches from something but I hand washed this item multiple times and Those marks didn't come off because they're not marks from dirt or ashes or a cigarette butt it's just scratched slightly. It doesn't effect the quality as far as the ability to use the Ash Tray. Also unless you are standing directly over it you cant even see those marks.
