Back bag with studs

Black pleather tote bag. Gold hardware and gold studs on the bottom of the bag. One missing strap to make it into a backpack. Bag ties together and there a magnet to hold the sides together. Inside has a zipper pocket. Some of the pleather is peeling on the ties. Measurements are 14 x 11.5 inches
