Babydoll dress with tassel sleeves

This dress has been worn a handful of times. Unfortunately it has grown too small. It could benefit from a steam. One tassel is hanging loose (shown in photos), other than that- they are all in place. The detailing is beautiful!!! It is lined as well. White dress with blue and red detail.
