kcsunshyn713 @ssmith3269 hi there. The waistline is not adjustable. It’s elastic. No stains. The vest and shorts are a creamy sort of off white color from the shirt and tie but it’s not really noticeable. Our son wore this outfit for no more than 2 hours at a wedding celebration so it’s VERY lightly worn. New pics posted.
