We used this lightly for 2 babies, and it's ready for a new adventure. These types of pillows are only recommended for supervised infant sleep. Please use safely. The leaf pattern is so adorable. No major stains. The center has a zippered opening to remove the flat pillow for throwing into the laundry. Good for use up to the stage they are rolling.

boxtotheleft @blessedfamily2 This is not a dock-a-tot, sorry. The cover has a removable flat pillow in the middle section. The surrounding stuffing does not come out.
