Baby gap girl raincoat

Beautiful plaid spring raincoat. This is adorable my baby never got to wear this. New with tags, this is size 6-12 months. There is a tiny black dot on the shoulder not sure what it is might come out. And I noticed something on the neckline in the jacket that might come out as well, I haven’t tried since it’s brand new with tags. Otherwise perfect new condition.
