Baby blue ruffled/ sequined prom dress

It honestly kills me to sell this dress. I wanted to keep it forever but I lost some weight since then and it does not fit anymore. I'm sure this would be better to be shown off by some other lady rather than just sit in my closest anyways! All sequined, worn once, lots of ruffles, and a slight train! considering it was originally $750, the price I'm asking for is a steal!
