Baby blue strapless dress by Express. It is tagged a size 8, but runs a bit small. Would be best on modern 4-6. Rose embroidery detail at the bottom, corset style in the back! Has slits on the sides. Also zips on the side! Slight stretch. Missing the straps(they were detachable) but this little number looks better strapless! Absolutely stunning dress in mint condition! Perfect for spring!
