Medium weight cotton/spandex comfy knit pants. Comfortable wide elastic waistband with side drawstring adjustment. Straight cut loose fit legs. Overall good shape, I found a small faded area on the back right, shown in pic. Flat measurements: 17” at waist 11-1/2” rise from seam to top of waistband 40” outside seam 30-1/2” inseam 10-1/4” leg opening
