Baby Phat Sequined Navy Blouse 2X in excellent gently used condition. Three Quarter Length Sleeves. Lower cut rounded neckline. Sequins are larger than typical and hanging. Bottom comes below the hips and is slightly fitted. Back is plain fabric and not sequined. Originally purchased from Macy's. Very dressy and head turner at evening/holiday parties.
