Primary rocking horse hat, 100% cotton, with 3 interchangeable hair bows on alligator clips that slide into ribbon loop on hat or adorn baby-fine hair. Bows are approximately 2" to 4" in length and include yellow stripe, red and white, and light navy, all handmade by Marilyn's Bows. Hat has been pre-washed for softness. Ready to use or gift.
