Baby Grinch doll in pajamas Approximately 8 inches tall. Body is rubber and is hollow. Hair patches are glued on. Seems like the pajamas could come off but have some glue at the ankles. It is honestly not great quality as you’ll see in the pictures but he’s cute in an ugly way.
