Navy blue 100% cotton shell with 4 pockets; pull up elasticize waist with faux button/zipper closure. Also, has belt loops...straight legged. The plaid lining is 100% cotton. Style with red Converse high top chucks and flip up the pant cuffs! Pants are in excellent condition.
