Baby Gap triple layer tulle skirt with ivory cotton lining. Tulle has raw edge at bottom and a raw ruffle at the waistband. Size 4T but my daughter is 8 and she just stopped wearing this! It’s been lovingly worn but is in great condition - no stains or rips.
