biancasmama @hunterdawn13 hi there- a combination of both. The pink and dark blue large cube trays are silicone- the smaller trays are plastic I believe with a silicone top. I used these to make all of her food. I also have her baby food maker which is in very well loved condition- let me know if you’re interested
