Baby Carseat Cover

Hardly used baby carseat cover. Handmade and got at a craft fair. Has one or 2 areas that are small and could be sewed again as circled in a picture. Has a flip up/down part to keep baby warm when outside and it velcros to help keep in place. A square insert is also included that matches the carrier to help keep baby warm.
