Babette Pleated Dress w/Mid-Century Style Print

Cream color w/print of red & black squares. Unique hem! No rips/tears. What looks like spots is actually print (it's repeated-see pics). Minor flaws - light red stain upper left back & light marks under left pit (see pics). Meant to be loose on body, fabric has stretch. APPROX flat lay as guide - 34" L down back / 16" pit to pit / 15" waist.
