B/W Polka Dot Bell Bottoms/Flare Pants

Classic black and white polka dot bell bottoms with flattering flare. These pants are buttery-soft and SO comfortable. I'm a huge believer in flare pants being very flattering on all body types. Sadly, these are too short for me. :( NWOT - Never Worn. Size XL with VERY stretchy waist.
