B&W Lace Mini Dress

NWT- Size M - Forever 21 Dress has a white lace peplum blouse with black mini skirt attached. There is a upper mid-back triangle cut out that is 6' x 5'. Chest is 30' Waist 28' ~ 30.5' from top to bottom I will say the dress is pretty stretchy and has a lot of give. Super cute comfortable classic mini dress.
