@stephd31 hi there, the person did not purchase... so I am adding two pics with measurements for you if the chest laying flat and the waist laying flat,
Chest : shoes about 16 1/2 so roomier than I thought!
Waist is about 15 laying flat... which means it would fit a 28 waist with some room for a bulky sweater!
